Are you an employee working 20 to 29 hours? If the answer is yes, and you are not covered under the EPISD Health Care Trust Medical Plan, you are automatically enrolled for coverage. Premiums are paid at 100% by EPISD for employee only coverage.
Limited Benefits Insurance Plan is available for Substitutes and Temporary Employees You must be an active employee in order to be eligible. Premiums for this plan are paid at 100% by the employee. Find out if this coverage is right for you.

CLASS I
Employees who work 20 to 29 hours a week and who have waived the District group medical coverage are automatically enrolled in the Class I benefit.

CLASS II
Substitutes, Temporary, and Part-time employees are eligible to enroll for coverage in the Class II benefit. You must call 1-888 772-9682 to enroll and be eligible to receive benefits under the plan.
