Eligibility Details
Quick access to health care - EPISD’s Clinic Offerings:
No co-payment will apply, on a WALK-IN BASIS ONLY, for the following services that may include and office visit for acute medical conditions, basic health , wellness and preventative care services to the extent that these services are covered under the EPISD Health Care Trust Medical Plan.
No cost services include without limitation the following: strep screenings, urinalysis, nebulizer treatments, prescription of pharmaceuticals necessary for treatment diagnosed during the office visit, blood pressure checks, glucose checks, weight checks, minor emergency care and chest x-rays (chest x-rays are not available at the Boeing location).
Also as required, Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals.
All other services rendered at the time of the visit will be the financial responsibility of the patient to include any services provided on an Appointment basis.
Eligibility:
All full-time and part-time EPISD employees working at least 20 hours weekly whether covered by EPISD Medical Plan or not and eligible dependents covered under the EPISD Medical Plan.

The On-site HRC follows the District’s Instructional Calendar for closings.
Employees must present their EPISD ID Card and/or the Aetna Medical ID Card as well as a Driver’s License.
Visits to the EPISD clinics during an instructional /workday must be charged to one of the following: Compensatory Time (49) or Personal Illness Leave (10 or 11) OR Flex Time with supervisor's prior approval.
